Why use a travel agent?

Are transfers included with my holiday?

In some cases transfers aren't necessarily included as part of a package. Transfer details will be clearly stated if they are included.

When booking your personal travel consultant will discuss all transfer options with you.

Do you only book Luxury Travel?

We specialise in luxury bespoke travel, but can also book anything from a safari to UK breaks, theatre or theme park tickets.

We are happy to help with any request you may have.

I don't live in the UK - can I book with you?

 

Unfortunately if you live outside the UK, you cannot book with us.  This is because you need a valid UK address and UK-registered credit or debit card to make the booking.

What do I do if I have a complaint whilst on holiday?

 

We want your holiday to be everything you expect it to be, so if something isn't as you expected it to be please contact us at info@maximumtravel.net by phone or text.

Do I need travel insurance?

 

Yes, you'll need to take out a suitable insurance policy for you and anyone travelling with you - including infants and children.

 With all insurance policies, terms and conditions apply, so you need to make sure you've got the right policy for you.

We can also arrange travel insurance for you.
